Vinous Neal Martin - 30 Jan 24
The 2022 Bourgogne Passetoutgrains, the usual blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Gamay, has an attractive nose with quite pronounced floral scents at this stage. The palate is medium-bodied, quite structured and certainly more Pinot than Gamay-like, with sapid red fruit, though it just misses a bit of length. Tasted at merchants' 2022 Burgundy tastings in London.
